Travel services
Primer Travel Industries assists customers with travel planning and booking. Airlines, hotels and other suppliers provide the underlying transportation, lodging or travel service and may impose their own terms.
Pricing and availability
A displayed or discussed option is not guaranteed until the applicable reservation, fare and payment are successfully completed and the booking is confirmed.
Traveler information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate traveler names, dates of birth, contact information and other booking details, and for reviewing those details before ticketing.
Passports, visas and travel requirements
Travelers are responsible for meeting applicable identification, passport, visa, health and entry requirements for their itinerary.
Accessibility requests
An accessibility or special-assistance request is not the same as provider confirmation. Primer Travel Industries will not label an assistance service as confirmed unless the relevant provider has acknowledged or confirmed it.
Changes and cancellations
Changes, cancellations, refunds and credits are subject to the rules of the purchased fare or service and the applicable supplier terms, in addition to any clearly disclosed agency fees.
